*4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so you don’t need to worry about sharing
*Stunning living room that leads to a peaceful outdoor terrace and garden for a bit of sunshine.
*Fully fenced and styled front yard, with table tennis set up to keep the kids entertained or a friendly competition amongst loved ones
* Close proximity to all the major attractions in the Blue Mountains including: 100 m to Leura Cascade and Prince Henry Cliff Walk, 800 m to stunning Katoomba RSL, 1400m to Katoomba Town Center & 2500m to Leura Mall, 1800m to the Three Sisters etc

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. The house is spacious and has all you need for a short or extended stay, please see the floor plan for the layout of the house.

In the house, you will find:

* Master bedroom with luxurious King bed, Heavenly Mattress, Tv and Ensuite Bathroom
* 2nd, 3rd and 4th Bedrooms with Queen beds, amazing mattresses and lovely quality linen.
* A comfortable sofa bed in the living room for your extra friends.
* Formal dining room can contain 10 people and a well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee.
* Real wood fireplace in the kitchen for entertainment in winter.
* Central Daikin air conditioning throughout to keep you nice and warm in winter and cool in summer.
* Relaxing leather Sofa Couch and Flat screen Smart TV in each dining room and living room.
* High Speed Wifi
* An amazing outdoor space with multiple areas and awesome terrace.
* Washing Machine & Dryer
* Covered parking for 2 cars and off street parking for up to another 4 cars.

The Neighborhood:
Katoomba is the place to be in the mountains. A relaxed small town with breath taking scenery, it's a Hiker's heaven with more walks and scenic routes than you can possibly explore in one single trip.

It has a lovely variety of little cafes and restaurants, and easy grocery shopping.

You will love lighting up the fireplace in winter and opening a bottle of something nice while you relax with friends here in Katoomba.

With a few festivals throughout the year and lovely seasons its a great place to visit all year around.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy. If you have a car you are totally set but even if you arrive by train its super easy to get around. From our place you can walk nearly everywhere and busses also run through town and to the train station.

We even have some local Uber drivers that are happy to come and pick you up and drive you the 5 minutes into town if you are going to have dinner but have done enough walking throughout the day.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years old unless a a specific exception has been approved. If you are a family travelling with supervised children you can proceed with the booking.

Please note that we have a STRICT no party, no noise, no events policy at the house. Any breach will result in eviction.

Fireplace: Please note you will need to bring your own firewood if you want to use the fireplace.

Please also note that the house does have quite a few stairs. They are nothing not any able bodied person can handle with ease but it may mean is not suitable for kids or people with disabilities. Please feel always free to reach out to us if you need to confirm anything before booking.
