The Space:

The space comes with a Queen-sized bed fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows for a great night sleep after a long day. An accent chair is right next to it where you can have a nice sit if you prefer to be sitting while watching TV shows. Soft carpet, side table with lamp, HD TV & wall arts will complete the relaxing ambiance. A vanity space is available next to bed for an added comfort. Hi-speed internet is available all throughout the space to ensure you don't miss anything that is happening while you are on your trip.
Dining area can comfortably sit two persons, enjoy meals with your companion here. Fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all you need for preparing meals. Cooking has never been this gratifying!

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Jebel Ali is another large real estate project in Dubai tapped into a modern style of living with upscale amenities. The area covers a grand landmass of 6.5 million square meters and offers a bustling commercial sector and luxurious apartments for sale and rent.
The district is a key area for growth and development and many investors find it worth their investment. It is a well-planned and well-built suburban town connected to Dubai’s main motorway, Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) which makes it ideal for commuting to Abu Dhabi.
Nestled between Jebel Ali Free Zone and Techno Park, Downtown Jebel Ali stretches over four different zones and community.
The community is divided into Zone 1, 2, 3 and 4, with each zone having its own residential and commercial properties. Currently, two sub-areas; Azizi Aura and Suburbia are complete and are ready to welcome residents. The neighbourhood is proposed to house 330 buildings, out of which 208 will be solely for residential use.
Getting Around:
Azizi Aura’s great connectivity by road and UAE Exchange Metro Station (1 minute walk from the property), makes it highly accessible. The location is ideal for those working in or around Jebel Ali, the Expo 2020 site, Dubai World Central, or Abu Dhabi.
Whilst Dubai Taxi, Uber and Careem are readily available, it would be best to have your own car to easily explore Dubai. Jebel Ali Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club and Ibn Battuta Mall are all a short drive away, along with the Free Zone and Port.

***Please be advised that 1st Level Parking Area will be having maintenance (Epoxy Painting work). Due to this, the parking Area from Levels 1 to 3 will be temporarily closed from 21st August 2023 to 11th September 2023. The parking on the aforementioned level will be re-assigned to a temporary parking slot by Security.
