Cozy Family friendly home in Suprise. 3 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, as well as a pack and play crib with mattress. 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Very cozy living room space with a 65" smart TV. Free high speed WIFI, outdoor pool(not heated), large dining room area also equipped with infant dining supplies. Washer & Dryer on site as well. Self Locking Patio door for pool safety as the pool does not have a safety fence. The Yard is fenced , so the pool is private.

20 minute walk through a beautiful desert walk way to shopping mall & food take out (Lowes, Target, Bath & Body works, etc.) Also very close to spring training stadium.

Lots of parking in the driveway & The entrance to the home is wheelchair friendly.

The house met our needs. We never could get the sliding glass door open without setting off the alarm. The fans in the bedrooms were loud. Also it would be helpful if directions were more explicit for using the tv.

Absolutely worth it!

I really can't say enough brilliant things about our stay here. The home felt like a home not just someone's investment. It had everything we could need and a bunch of things we'd want. Kitchen is totally workable for even the annoying needy home chef, place is clean and comfy. Owner is especially reachable in case of questions and accommodating in case of needs. I would re-rent this place in a heartbeat, and I don't say that easily. Thank you so much for hosting us, my family enjoyed your home immensely.

The stay was very nice. The mirror needs attention.

Everything was wonderful. There was a small crack in hallway bathroom mirror when we checked in. The crack grew while staying there. now there is a large crack in the mirror.
