Great location, spotty maintenance

Great location and great view from the room. The room layout was perfect for us as a 2 bedroom and a common living room. Maintenance is spotty. This is an older building. The cold water tap in the bathroom basin didn't work and the tap to send water to the hand held wand didn't work either. The fridge beeped constantly as if the door was open, but no intervention was successful.

Family trip with easy access around LA

We traveled out with our 3 kids- 14, 12, 9. The Sonder was spacious enough to accommodate us. The location was wonderful, we had easy parking (but it was $49 per night, NOT INCLUDED) access, great views and all of our basic (very basic) essentials were provided! But, the unit is rundown. The flooring is very worn and planks would pop out. The showers need a good scrub on the grout and the curtain changed from mold. The king sized bed is in the wrong room - it’s in the back with the shared bathroom. My kids had master with the en suite bathroom and a beautiful view of the ocean because that room had a smaller bed! Their unit had a nice kitchen but again the absolute bare minimum. Don’t’ think you’ll be hosting a dinner party! The gym was decent and the hot tub was great! The upstairs bar an be noisy - but its busy and fun!! Overall we would stay again for the spacious layout and the location!
