Great Stay in North Vancouver

We had a terrific stay at this property in August 2023. John was a very responsive host and provided helpful check-in instructions. The house is beautiful, with large rooms and lots of creature comforts. The kitchen is fully stocked.

Terrific house for a family celebration!

House is modern, light and lovely. Very well equipped and the owner was very friendly and responsive. The only thing that should be added are dressers in the bedrooms. Master has shelves in the closet but other rooms have nowhere to unpack clothes. Master bed and bath are delightful and all other rooms light and comfortable.

Not as advertised.

I do not recommend this house to rent. It is not as advertised in the description or photos. It is not a single family home it is a duplex. It is also had a for sale sign out front. We were surprised to learn at check in that we did not have access to driveway parking (2 cars) and we were asked to park in the street. The first night we met the renter of the attached apartment with a large dog, that we could heard barking loudly through our wall. He had a car in the driveway and access to our house. He told us he cleaned it and wanted to know if we “needed the door code” There were no flat sheets for the beds, only duvet covers, so we washed the duvets for every bed the first day. The furniture was different than advertised, many things were missing. Every bedroom had only a bed and a very small bedside table, thats it. Pictures had been taken off the walls. We lived off the floor with our suitcases. Not all the bathroom sinks worked. We did not go outside at all due to the ring cameras we found in multiple locations. We did not want our children recorded. Plus the yard was unkept. The master bath had no curtains at all and faced the street so we watched the buses and neighbors during our showers. The kitchen was nice, if a bit dirty. Finally, and most concerning, the owner showed up twice during our 3 night stay. The first time, my daughter saw him looking into the windows from the back yard. The 2nd was the last day at noon unannounced when most people are out touring.

Boys Reunion

This house was spot on for our mini reunion. It is big, comfortable and well furnished. It was also in a convenient location for our activities. The owner was responsive and went over and above to accommodate us. It was perfect for us!

Great location

Property is in great location and is spacious. Easy access to Capliano & Stanley Park(s). Could use some additional amenities (more bedroom furniture, kitchen stuff) … but, overall … nice place !
