This villa features everything you need to have a dream vacation, including a private pool with spillover spa, a combined home theater and game room, kids' bedrooms and an entertainment loft.

Be welcomed into an open floor plan as the foyer area opens into the spacious living area and kitchen. The whole family will want to spend time together in the living area with comfortable couches. The open floor plan will give you stunning views of the pool area and golf-course from any angle. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has all you need to prepare meals for you and the family with high-end stainless steel appliances. It also features has a breakfast bar to enjoy with seating for 4 guests and a dining table to seat 8 guests.

Lounge in the famous Florida sunshine while in your own private pool and spillover spa. Relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers, or enjoy a meal cooked on the BBQ grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor patio dining table with seating for 8.

If you're looking for a fun vacation, this is the villa for you! On the first floor, you can head to the combined movie theater and game room where you will find 5 fun-filled arcade games and 10 reclining theater chairs for movie night! Head up to the second floor for more entertainment in the loft area which features a SMART T.V and XBOX.

After a long day of exploring the Orlando theme parks, come home to 9 comfortable bedrooms. The first floor features three King suites. Six bedrooms are located on the second floor. 3 plush King suites with ensuite bathrooms are perfect for getting a good night of sleep on vacation. Mermaid lovers will love the 2x twin bedroom. There is also a bedroom perfect for little wizards with 2 full beds. The final kids bedroom is perfect for the superheroes of the family! This bedroom features 2 custom built bunk beds with 3 twin beds on each bunk.

Disclaimer: Guests are responsible for replenishing the propane tank for the BBQ if it becomes empty.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
