What a disappointment
The pictures were clearly taken many years ago as the place is pitifully maintained. VRBO wouldn't even get involved in complaints and they have turned it over to a nother organization, Vacation Rentals Chile who have no clue how to treat a guest. Plus for 2/3 of the stay there was no response to the communications that the appliances did not work. Felt as if once they took our money on this highly overpriced "all but a dump", they could care less.
Concon is a nice place, but for the dog feces littered sidewalks and the noisy street racers. There are much better accomodations in nearby Vina Del Mar or Zapillar to the north. Also the nearby restaurants were all substandard, but for a few small coffee shops...which made the fact that the pitifully equipped kitchen with appliances that did not work all the more disgusting. The three building buiding management team was constantly having to repair the past its prime acensore. The entire building was about 50's era, peeling paint, rust everywhere and in need of attention. Forget this place. We would have gone elsewhere but they had a no refund policy which is the only reason anyone would stay in this place more than a few hours.
