Needs TLC

Main surface areas of house were clean,but all the upper portions of the walls and ceiling were full of cob webs.The carpet was disgusting to say the least. If this was a Hotel I would have refused the room. For this kinda money it needs to be in way better shape. The sheets in the master bedroom were ripped and very thin and need replacing.Smoke detectors were missing and hanging off the ceiling. Pool area was okay but it to needs some TLC.

Inverness Golf Course House

House was very clean. Kitchen well supplied. Carpet did have some stains but it is a light color and to be expected. Living room TV should be larger for the size of the room. I would stay there again.

Nice neighborhood but inside could be cleaner

Couldn’t check in until 6:30pm. Which check in is supposed to be available at 4pm. Outside of the house could be cleaner- front porch is slippery when wet so be careful. Inside of the house has stains on the carpet- the air vents were extremely filthy and needed to be changed out. The property sits on a golf course- wanted to use the pool but didn’t feel comfortable with all the people who can look directly into the lanai. The vibes in the house were a bit creepy- would make a good house to stay at for Halloween. Host was nice, you have to pick up/drop off house keys from the hosts office up the road instead of at the house which was a tad inconvenient. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Disappointed

Our primary purpose at this house was for the pool. Before we rented, the property manager confirmed through email that the pool was in good condition. When arrived to find the pool patio had mold all over the decking area so you had to walk through it to get to the pool. Disgusting. And the pool had dead frogs and wasps floating in it. The pool strainer was also full of spiders. The house is in rough condition overall, would not recommend this house. We did receive a small discount as the property manager agreed the pool patio needed to be cleaned, but this was too late as our pool vacation was already ruined.
