About this property

Through the private entry way you will be greeted with stunning high ceilings, cool polished concrete floors and open plan living.

Sprawled across two spacious levels, on the ground level are three large bedrooms all with Queen beds and views to the lush surrounds, a modern bathroom and living area with smart TV.
From here you can also access the 12m lap pool through sliding doors, undercover outdoor area with comfortable seating and direct beach access through the gate at the rear of the garden.

Floating wooden staircase will lead you to the upper level where you will find a second living area with smart TV and modern kitchen with state of the art appliances including dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large balcony with built in BBQ and outdoor lounge – the perfect spot to take in the beautiful tropical garden and cooling sea breeze. On this level you will also find the King master bedroom with ensuite.

Please note: air conditioning is located in the main bedroom only.
