4 Bedroom home sits in Kingfisher Bay Fraser Island.
Overlooking Native bush land of K'Gari
In this 13 year old contemporary home you will kick off your shoes and relax in comfort & style. Sleeping maximum of 8 guests. Offering added extras, large open kitchen, separate indoor lounge & dining-opening up to deck overlooking the treetops with stainless steel outdoor kitchen ripe for entertaining.
Please be advised we have security camera at front door and driveway which ensures guests have no security issues and ensures 8 guests are being accommodated.

1 x King Bed in Bedroom 1 with Ensuite and sliding door access to deck

3rd Bedroom has access to deck and TV

Kingfisher resort facilities are included with this holiday letting including Tennis Courts and 3 x pools. Bins are located along roads into kingfisher heights estate during your stay you will need to take your rubbish to those bins for refuse and recycling as there are no private bins on the properties

Luxury at Avalon

10/10 rating for this beautiful home located on K'gari. Luxurious, clean and very well equiped with everything our family group of 7 needed. Perfect home base to come home to after each day of 4WD'ing and exploring the islands magical sites. The friendly Kookaburra who visited most afternoons on the back deck was so special. Thank you Fiona for your beautiful home and ease of communication.

Had a great time. Nice spacious, breezy home. Perfect to launch day trips around the island or relax at the resort. Everyone had a great time from kids, to early 20’s kids to us oldies (late 30’s/early 40’s). Would recommend. Avalon is a very beautiful home it has a GUEST PREFERRED popularity
I live in on the central coast in Australia and travel to Avalon 3 times a year for a relaxing getaway with bush land views.
Always a wonder for me the Great Sandy Strait barge trip over to Fraser seeing Dolphins around August to October

Avalon offers comfortable deep King Coil mattresses on all beds. Ducted Air throughout with 8 ceiling fans, so your cool and cozy. We pride ourselves on providing ample kitchen utensils -coffee machine-knife block- platters-serving bowls-wine glasses-water jugs etc.
Avalon on K'gari has a water filter in the Outdoor kitchen a 2nd fridge on BBQ deck, Outdoor Lounge Setting, 6 seat Teak Dining Table and a relaxing Daybed overlooking the bushland below.
