Nice property with lovely view

A modern, clean apartment with a lovely view of Albert Park Lake. 2 bathrooms a good feature. The check in/check out process is quite onerous and the road noise may be a problem for those used to a quiet environment. A couple of things need attention: plant is half dead and dropping leaves & the cover is missing from bathroom exhaust fan so it creates an draught and you can see into the roof.
