Dunes Village Shore Drive

Second floor unit accessible via steps. Part of a quaint condo community just near Shore Drive. There's several amenities - pools, tennis, pickleball, etc. Parking is okay but a lot of residents have their own handicap spots so there are no general handicap spaces for renters. There are a lot of full time residents. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. The unit itself is laid out nicely with 2 BR and 2 BA. It has a small but efficient kitchen and a very small laundry closet. It has an enclosed porch that is near the pool. It is decorated nicely and feels beachy. The master bed had a topper on it and there is ample closet and dresser space and a TV. The master bath has a nice shower, a toilet and one sink (not a lot of room to get ready). The toilet seat needed to be replaced as it shifts when you sit on it. The second BR has two twin beds a dresser, TV and access to the second bath. The one bed is very close to the bathroom door. The TV's in the BR currently do not have cable and the owner does not allow you to download any apps (including free ones) that are not already downloaded. I was able to cast from my phone. The living room TV has cable. There were a few amenities like towels for the BA and 3 swim towels. The refrigerator should be updated, it doesn't cool enough and does not have an ice maker (the owners have a separate one) and the handle is taped on. Only concern was the couple roaches we saw. They spray because we arrived to a couple dead.
