Great area, disappointed with apartment
Great location with walk to beach and local shops and wonderful Albert Park. Extra fees charged to us as we brought our dog though apartment not cleaned of previous dog hair. Malted hair found covering the carpet and in both bedrooms. Whole apartment a bit rundown, with a deep clean needed. Owner contacted re cleanliness and dead plants etc and replied with an apology that his cleaners do not listen to him. No offer of compensation.
