On the same property as Serenity Bay Cottages, Big House, is a 4 plex, with four studio apartments. Each about 250 sq. ft. Two face the water and two face the street. Studio #4 is water facing, it has a queen sized bed, kitchen with large convection oven, two burner cook-top, microwave, toaster and 9 cu. ft. fridge. Relax on your deck, which is steps away from the sea wall and fire pit, wait for the dolphins to come out and play while enjoying the gorgeous sunset. Room is stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, as well as linens and towels. Included are the use of kayaks, as well as laundry facilities, WiFi, smart tv's offer commercial free Hulu Plus, an antennae provides for CBS, NBC, ABC, ect. No cable is offered in the 4-plex.

Living in Bokeelia Florida, with my husband and 7 year old daughter. Graduated from Chiropractic school in 1998, planning to license in Florida and find a way to incorporate my Chiropractic expertise to Serenity Bay sometime in the future.
Why they chose this property
It was my parents property, they purchased it in 2001. I had been running it for my Dad since my Mom passed away in 2009. There are too many family memories here for me to let it go. I feel my Mom with me when I'm at Serenity Bay. Plus I love Dolphins!
What makes this property unique
Quiet sanctuary in a unique area of Florida that remains lost in time. Slow, peaceful pace here. Nature all around, friendly faces. Awesome fishing! Little to no boat traffic off sea-wall. No people staring back at your from other properties, just water and mangroves as far as the eye can see. That means you will see a lot more wildlife here.
