Not happy

The commutation with the pool. You advertise having a indoor and outdoor pool , sauna, hot tubs . BUT you can only be in the pool for 1 hour . That includes the sauna too .if you go in the pool for a hour you can’t go in the sauna. Time is used up . ONLY 10 people are allowed in. That includes indoor and outdoor. Even though it’s big enough for 30 people. You can’t hang around outside on the chairs and enjoy the sunny weather. You also have to prebook your time in the pool. None of this was told to me when I booked my place.
