Located down town in the hub of the city, this offers incredible ease with all living essentials within walking distance not to mention the delectable dining and shopping experience’s in every direction. Being just minutes from the waterfront you have some fantastic walks that could take you to the viaduct or further along to the bays, you will also find the ferry terminal here where you can go to a variety of magical islands including the infamous Waiheke to see its beautiful beaches and wine and dine at the breath taking vineyards.

The apartment is generous and offers an elegant yet casual and comfortable setting through its carefully curated details and furnishings. The large heritage windows let beautiful natural light fill the apartment and radiate the pops of colour throughout the interiors. The lounge area has a top of the line smart TV so you can enjoy all the best tv shows and movies with access to all streaming apps (Netflix, neon, Youtube, spark sport, sky sport – accounts not provided) and terrestrial TV channels, you will have endless options to enjoy a rainy afternoon or quiet night in.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances and modern kitchen essentials to help you impress your guests with your favourite meal, enjoy cooking, creating and entertaining in this carefully curated open living space. The kitchen has a bar with leaners so you can enjoy your guests company while in the kitchen.

The balcony has beautiful city and sky tower views, a wonderful place to watch the sky fade to black and enjoy the sparkling city lights.

The bedrooms are both elegantly simple, they feature room darkening shades to ensure a restful night sleep. They both have ample wardrobe space so you can unpack and really feel at home. The beds are of premium quality with excellent crisp linens and beautiful plush pillows to ensure you wake up feeling rejuvenated.

There is a laundry cupboard for you to use during your stay, with a washing machine and dryer and laundry detergent provided, the laundry cupboard is to the left of the kitchen next to the fridge.

Britomart is up and coming and keeps getting better!
The dining options are out of this world from cafes to bars to world class restaurants you will be eating well all day every day!
There are fantastic shopping boutiques all through Britomart and the brand new commercial bay a short walk further for even more to choose from.
Not only do you have all of these delights right at your door step the whole city is within walking distance!

Getting Around:
Britomart is the transport hub of Auckland, you will find the main train station here, the ferry terminal and multiple bus bays and links all within 5 minutes of each other (or less!).
The ferry terminal is also just across the road if you want to venture out to the stunning Waiheke island.

Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

Interaction with Guests:
We are not onsite but are available via call or email if you need us during your stay :)

Modern, clean, but noisy
Lovely modern clean apartment. Full kitchen, coffee machine, comfy beds. No air conditioning though. We stayed on Friday and Saturday night and street noise and music from the bar underneath was very loud. Air plugs provided didn't block out noise all night.
