Local artwork is featured throughout the suite, and the private balcony boasts fantastic views of the Gorge Waterway, where you will see rolling mountains in the distance!

The Stylish, modern studio boasts an open-concept design which is bright and cheerful. The high ceilings and colourful walls add vibrancy and excitement to this spacious studio which is one of the larger layouts in the building. Upscale appliances and amenities like the electric fireplace complement the cozy atmosphere. Guests sleep on a comfy queen-size mattress topped with high-end pillows and bedding; moreover, the smart European-style Murphy bed easily slides into the wall creating space and comfort. Finally, this suite has a high-efficiency, in-suite washer and dryer with detergent, high-speed wifi, smart television with access to all your favourite streaming services.

The Janion Building possesses a rich history, initially constructed in 1891 and later transformed into a sustainable residential complex through meticulous renovation and restoration. Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 19 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Pets Welcome. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Both parkades also offer free parking from 8 pm to 8 am. We recommend downloading and using the Park Victoria App to simplify the payment process and avoid the hassle of using a meter. Additionally, for easy unloading, there is a designated hotel zone located outside 528 Pandora.
