The Space:

The gorgeous living room will certainly help you to relax with its comfortable sofa set & big flat screen TV. Unwind and watch your favorite movie while resting your tired feet on a jute rug carpet. Modern floor lamp, beautifully pendant light and beautiful decorative add serenity to this place. The apartment's floor to ceiling windows allow ample natural light to penetrate, giving the room a lively appearance. It won't even let you miss anything with its fast WiFi connection.

Right next to the living area is an aesthetic dining area over the countertop that comes with a round dining stool and can comfortably sit three people. A fancy accent mirror and glass console next to it completes the space. Whip up some food if you fancy cooking or make a simple cup of coffee with the appliances provided in the fully equipped modern open-style kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, cookware, kettle, and more!).

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, water bus, tram or train there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City among many others.

The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The route includes Marina Mall, Dubai Marina and Marina Promenade.

The Marina Towers tram station is 9 minutes away. You can get on this one if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall and more. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
