• There is a shared laundry on the floor if you require access to a dryer.

• There are several taps outside to rinse sand off but be careful as the floor tiles in the unit can be slippery when wet.

• There are plenty of windows to catch the sea breeze including two small sliding windows above the glass door for when the north-easterly is strong.

• The garage dimensions are small so check with the agent before booking if you have a large car.
