The Space:
The condo is located in the Suites Quinto Sol complex and is located amongst the best of the best in downtown Playa del Carmen! This centrally located complex is just a short walk from some of the most popular beaches and beach clubs in Playa. Plus, you’ll be only a 1/2 block from the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street where you’ll have almost anything you could think of just steps from your door! But don’t worry! The condo is soundproof to ensure that you get a good night’s rest.
You don’t have to venture out if you don’t want to as the complex has a spectacular rooftop pool and a fitness room so you don’t miss a workout!
The main spaces of the 2nd-floor condo:
- A bright and airy SITTING AREA that has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to your private balcony where you have a table and 2 chairs. The space is outfitted with a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs that face a wall-mounted TV. The sofa can be pulled out to accommodate 2 more guests.
- A KITCHEN that has plenty of cabinet space to stock with groceries, and some cookware to prepare homemade dishes. This is great if you are on a budget or have a special diet! Of course, we didn’t forget the coffee maker to help you get your day started!
- A KITCHEN ISLAND/BREAKFAST BAR with 2 stools for in-home dining and can also be used as a “laptop-friendly” workspace.

Playa del Carmen is known for its unlimited options for daytime activities, exciting nightlife, and an expansive stretch of public beaches with easy access. The property is located just a 1/2 block from the famous 5th Ave where you have block after block of tasty eats, bars with live music, cafes, and some of the best shopping in the world! Plus, there are tons to see and do; everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba diving, stand-up paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more! The island of Cozumel is just a 45-minute ferry ride!

Getting Around:
The condo is located at the Suites Quinto Sol complex about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), however, check your mobile map apps when you arrive as driving time varies depending on the time of day. When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s free garage parking available.
Also, if you’re driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
There is an elevator however, guests may need to climb stairs.
Pets are allowed at this property with prior authorization subject to an additional fee.
Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
We do supply some home and bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, and trash bags. Just note these items are not replenished.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are only allowed at this property with prior authorization and additional fees apply.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a digital door code. We will provide any necessary access codes and instructions within 24 hours of arrival.
