House contains 3 spacious bedrooms, newly renovated walk out shower and cozy living space. Whether you are in the area for vacation, work trip or spending time with friends/family, this is it! The cottage features a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, 8 seater dining table and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. You will find three cozy bedrooms with plush beds and soft linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is modern and clean, with a walk-in shower.

Property sits on 1 acre of land with lots of privacy. ATV trail right across the street, and many lakes nearby. Grocery stores, pharmacies, LCBO, restaurants, gas all nearby.
