As a part of the big house, very insulated. Located at the centre of perfect driving to any directions in Lwr Mainland, on Hwy 10 at the cross of Hwys 91 and 99 , makes easy and fast access to Burnaby, Richmond, New West, USA border, Langley and downtown. Mins walking to bus to downtown. Great place to relax, as it is mins from ocean
