Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher

Dining: Separate formal dining room

Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and ironing facilities. (also has a shower)

Heating: Gas central heating throughout and air-conditioning in the kitchen that flows through to the lounge room and in bedroom 4 (with the 2 single beds).

Pets: Strictly No pets allowed

Parking: Space for two cars off street and ample on street parking.

Outdoor Activities: Outdoor seating area in the middle of a wonderfully maintained garden.
