Any abusive noise after 23h00 could lead to a warning from the host & ultimately being fined 250 $ or kicked out of the Airbnb if the guests do not respect the rules.

Great place for family visit

The apartment was spacious and amenable to hosting multiple guests comfortably. The space is as described and pictures give an accurate depiction of what you get. It was close to family we were visiting and also within walking distance to restaurants and corner stores.

Great place in Montréal

Very nice place, the stairs are a little steep so be prepared for that, parking was very easy, overall wonderful place for the price, very responsive with any concerns, would definitely stay at again. Close to everything

Ok Stay

This stay wasn't the best - we arrived at 7pm to find the property not yet cleaned or ready for our arrival. The host asked us to leave for 2 hours so he could get it finished - and after that things were ok. The area is nice and walking distance to the metro. It also seemed very safe. The apartment didn't have hot water on our first morning - and since we were there for work it was a bit disheartening after our arrival the night before. Again the problem was resolved quickly. The host has done a good job at making the property look pretty, however it is an older building so expect some minor flaws, again nothing unsafe or overly worrisome. The Balconies were lovely but very dirty so after we tidied them up we enjoyed the outside space in the back balcony. The supplies were limited (only one roll of toilet paper for a. day stay for 2 adults) and we had to search for face cloths. There was no new sponge for dishes. The host was friendly, however the 48 hour cancellation policy confirmed via messages, was changed after booking, and host ignored our attempts to reschedule for medical reasons within that 48 hour window. My point is that if you book, be VERY sure that is where you want to stay. Once we arrived the host was very good about responding to our arrival / water issues very quickly and professionally. This is a lovely residential neighbourhood, so this property would be nice for a family or quiet group of friends.
