Come to Pass A Grille Florida! Escape the cold if you can make last minute plans. Lovely 2 bedroom (king and twin), 1 bath, living and dining area with newly renovated kitchen. Sheets and towels provided. 2nd house from secluded, beautiful white sand beach, a few walking blocks from Don Cesar resort, close to great restaurants and shopping. Short drive to St Petersburg and Tampa. Fly into Tampa International Airport (25 minute drive). This is a special low key property with a large pool and patio right out your door. Close to sport complex for Sports. You will love this precious oasis.

We love it here!

Our previous 2 week stay expanded into the entire month of December this year. We love the newly renovated kitchen, comfy king bed, and of course being poolside and steps to the beach. Maureen is a fabulous host and very responsive. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Second stay at this property

This was our second stay at this property. The condo was very clean and everything we needed during our stay was supplied by Maureen. We saw her daily and she was very nice and concerned that our vacation was the best ever. The location is ideal and the pool was clean and comfortable. Maureen makes you feel at home and almost a part of her family. If you need anything, it is provided quickly. We definitely will return soon and recommend this property to anyone wanting a quite and comfortable stay.

Annual beach vacation

Maureen and her place is a dream! Loved our condo. So clean, and had every amenity of home. Maureen was a gracious host and so very accommodating. I found my home away from home here. Also felt like we were on our own little private beach. I cannot wait to visit again!
