The Beach House is spacious and comfortable with an eclectic mix of old and new, casual and stylish.
Kingscliff is 10-15 mins from Gold Coast Airport, 30 mins to Byron Bay and surrounded by fun venues and activities along the coast and in the hinterland.
You will have everything you need for a very relaxing stay. Suitable for couples with fur babies

The space
The Beach House is spacious with high ceilings in most rooms. It has a a media room with large wall mounted Smart TV and access to Netflix, Binge, Prime and Apple. All living and sleeping areas have fans with air-conditioning in the main room. The bedroom has a queen bed and room for a dog crate or large doggy bed. Portable hanging racks for your clothes are provided.
There is also an industrial outdoor fan and resort quality bean bags on the deck which is perfect when you get back from the beach and want to cool down and dry off. A premium hose link reel provides every level of spray including a mist and shower spray to wash off from the beach. There is a backyard without much garden which is great for dogs. A small children's pool and sand pit is also great for dogs to play. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need and there is a full laundry off the deck.
Guest access
Guest access inside the house includes everything except my private study. There will be locks on any private storage areas.
Other things to note
There is an adjacent empty block next to the Beach House. There is minimal traffic on Kingscliff Lane so the area is generally quiet. Parking is not allowed on Kingscliff lane but there is room for two cars on the property. Visitors can park in Beach St or Pearl St or on Kingscliff St.
