Great for Beach Access

One block to the beach and you don’t have to cross Philadelphia Ave. Laundromat out the back door and Fractured Prune one door further. Quiet building. Grace was excellent to work with on a late arrival.

Perfect stay

This condo was perfect for my husband and I for a week away. It is beautifully remodeled and just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely book again!

First time guests

This newly renovated property is beautiful and in a great location with a short walk to the beach. The bed was super comfy (if you like a firmer mattress) and we slept great. The only drawback is that it gets warm in the one bedroom bc there’s only one ac vent to the living room for the whole unit…The bedroom could use a fan. The other drawback was that there’s no outdoor space to hang towels and wet suits. I used hangers to drape towels on and hang off the barn door tracks. It worked very well and we weren’t stuck with damp towels and suits. Overall I would stay here again.
