Great neighbourhood and within minutes of broadway

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the property as it was a very short Uber to broadway or to some great restaurants/ bars in East Nashville. Great bathrooms and living space, would definitely stay again.

Charming home in Nashville.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Nice Home in East Nashville

This was my first trip to Nashville. Met my sister and her husband there. The house was easy to find, and getting in was a breeze. Looks like the house was renovated recently, everything was bright and clean. I had a couple of questions and my email queries were answered pretty quickly. We didn't make much use of the kitchen, but it was pretty well set by way of appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. There were some spices in the cabinet but not much else, no condiments or anything like that in the fridge (it was empty). And very oddly, there was no coffee maker. I did give feedback that this should really be provided, and I won't ding the owner for not providing one as buying some instant coffee was in the end no more trouble than buying some ground coffee. Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well, and watching a movie on Netflix after providing my credentials worked as expected. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive from the house.
