Welcome to The Wicked Whidah! This recently refreshed, dog-friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Ranch is in a quiet Harwich neighborhood but near everything! All of Cape Cod is at your doorstep!

Our family has cherished this home since it was built and we're thrilled to share what we love about it! We love the tall ceilings in the main open living space. Our basement has a specially designed ventilation system that keeps the air fresh, dry, and clean, making it a perfect spot for games and movie nights. We like to relax and enjoy the morning sun, the deck is the perfect spot to savor your coffee. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene, perfect for a stroll. We often walk to Starbucks or the supermarket, we love how there is so much within a short distance and we don't need to take our car. We can't wait to welcome you for a Wicked Awesome time!

Location is key for any vacationing family, and The Wicked Whidah has everything you need right at your fingertips. This charming home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just a stone's throw from a large shopping area that includes popular coffee spots like Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. From here, you'll enjoy convenient access to Route 6, making it easy to explore everything Cape Cod has to offer.

As you approach the house on the circular neighborhood road, you'll be greeted by ample parking in the spacious driveway. Once inside, you'll be welcomed into the warm and inviting living room, which boasts comfortable seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV above the decorative fireplace. The living room opens up to the adjoining dining and kitchen areas, creating a seamless flow throughout the home. You'll also notice pops of bright cobalt blue, adding a touch of nautical charm that's synonymous with Cape Cod.

The dining area offers seating for six and overlooks the deck and yard through the sliding glass door. This also provides easy access to the grill for those summer barbecues. The kitchen boasts everything you'll need during your vacation and features a peninsula with additional seating for three - the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Down the hallway, you'll find Bathroom #1 on the right, featuring a tub/shower combo and a small stool for children's access to the sink and toilet.

Bedroom #1 is located on the left, with a Queen-sized bed with a Casper mattress and plenty of storage space.

On your right at the end of the hallway is Bedroom #2, the Primary bedroom, which offers a King-sized bed with Casper mattress, afternoon sun brightens the room and en suite Bathroom
#2, a full bathroom with shower.

Finally, across the hall from the Primary is Bedroom #3, a sunny corner room containing two Twin-sized beds and ample storage space.

The lower level recreation area, featuring comfortable couches surrounding a TV and plenty of toys and games - including Legos and various cars/trucks stored in a vintage trunk. The homeowners have even provided two pack-n-plays for use during your stay, located in this space. Through a door in the recreation area, you'll find the laundry. The owners have also installed a whole house ventilation system. The system constantly circulates the air inside the home, preventing moisture. It keeps the lower level space feeling more like an integral part of the home rather than “just a basement”.

The spacious yard borders undeveloped land on the back property line, providing a quiet space to relax on those beautiful Cape nights. Enjoy sunny days on the deck under the umbrella, or watch the kids play lawn games on the grass at night while you enjoy a refreshing beverage. Although the yard is not fenced, it is bordered by foliage on both sides, providing privacy. If you're traveling with a furry friend, you can easily block the stairs that exit the deck to create an enclosed outdoor area for them to enjoy with the family. There's also a fully enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at one of the beloved Harwich ponds or beaches, or even after a long ride on the bike trail.

The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for morning walks to the nearby 400 East Restaurant, coffee runs to Starbucks, Stop & Shop and more shops to explore. .

The Wicked Whidah is not only a vacation rental home but also an art gallery featuring original watercolor paintings from a local Harwich artist. These beautiful pieces of art reflect the inspiration of Cape Cod and the ocean, adding a unique touch to the home. As a supporter of local art, the owners of the house offer the opportunity for guests to purchase these stunning works of art using QR codes located throughout the home. With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime.
