This spacious 4BR Bondi home offers the perfect option for your next vacation or extended stay. With bright open plan living, air-conditioning, parking and a garden, as well as a state of the art, fully-equipped kitchen, this property ticks every box.

The location of this property is unbeatable. Positioned perfectly between the golden sands of Bondi Beach and the ultimate shopping destination that is Bondi Junction, you wouldn't expect such a quiet tree-lined setting. Yet qhile the house offers privacy and seclusion, you only have to wander around the corner to find fantastic local cafes, numerous bar and dining options and plentiful grocers, fruiterers, fishmongers and retail stores. Take the bus up Bondi Rd to the Junction and Westfield offers virtually every store under the sun, as well as easy train and bus access to the CBD.

Walk down Bondi Rd to the east, or take a quick bus ride and you're in the heart of Sydney's famous Eastern Suburbs beaches. Settle into the sand on Bondi, catch a wave at Tamarama, or enjoy the stunning clifftop walk between the two. And at the end of the day, settle into your spacious, modern, comfortable home.

The house offers split-level living at its finest. The private terrace facade opens into a traditional Victorian hallway with 2 spacious bedrooms at the front of the house, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with bath and shower, and then a small foyer next to the stairs. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with queen bed (plus a cot for infants), a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom.  

The renovated rear of the house downstairs offers an open plan set-up, with state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen. The dining area offers seating for 8 people, while the comfortable lounge has a large HD tv, as well as a free-standing heater and a desk for working. There is air-conditioning and wifi access throughout, and quality hotel-style linen and towels are provided. At the rear of the house is a deck and a nice-sized private garden down the rear stairs. At the rear of the property is a garage with laneway access.

Amazing location close to everything
We stayed with 2 families (4 adults, 4 teens) and this house worked well for us. We loved that it was just a quick walk around the corner to supermarket, bottleshop, coffee and takeaways. House was clean with comfy beds- one thing is that the ad states 2x twin rooms, but there was only one room that had twin beds (luckily our teenage girls were happy to share a bed). Would definitely come back and stay here though.
