Dirty house in noisy neighborhood
When we first got to the house we found there was a security system that no one told us about which thankfully was able to be disarmed in time by using the door code. A lot of the surfaces in this home had a thick layer of dust on them. The air conditioning ducts were dirty and would blow out black dust chunks. The back slider door is ridiculously hard to open and should be replaced. The master bedroom is missing two electrical outlet covers which is a hazard and probably a safety violation. Also one of the spare bedrooms is missing a smoke detector. I found trash and broken glass all over in the backyard which I cleaned up. The pool area was very disorganized and dirty which I cleaned and tried to straighten up. The neighborhood is pretty loud. There is a neighbor across the street that fires up his Nissan sports car all the time. One side neighbor decided to dismantle his trampoline which was very loud for some reason. The other side neighbor has a sound system on his back patio and listens to tv or music back there. The air conditioning stopped working twice and we found that the system was extremely dirty and needed to be cleaned. This was quite annoying due to the hot temperatures.The property manager was difficult to get ahold of and doesn’t respond to texts during the day only phone calls, they probably should mention that in their notes. The owner wanted to show the house while we were staying in it, which seemed weird.I would spend more money and stay somewhere else.
