Seagrass is spread over two levels, with two large bedrooms, main bathroom, laundry, living area and kitchenette all located on the lower level. Both downstairs bedrooms are large and provide ceiling fans for your comfort, the main bathroom has a full size bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Having the convenience of a kitchenette downstairs fitted with a bar fridge, sink and popcorn machine and living area with unlimited Wi-Fi and a wall mounted Smart TV makes this a very easy holiday property for everyone to have their own space.

Upstairs takes you to the main kitchen which is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, under bench oven, family size fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Delonghi coffee pod machine. Also located upstairs is the main bedroom with a ceiling fan and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, second living area with a split system air conditioner, unlimited Wi-Fi and a wall mounted Smart TV, flowing off from the large living area is the main balcony with water views and a weber gas BBQ for guest use.

For the peace and mind of children being at the property the owners provide child safety gates for the staircase and a high chair.

The property has a double garage which is house 2 small vehicles or 1 large vehicle and the property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine. There is also a fully fenced back yard for children to play and run.

Located a quick three minute drive to Roywood Reserve which is perfect for the family to swim in the calm waters, have a BBQ and watch the magical sunset. Also Salamander Bay Shopping Square is located three minutes away from the property, making this very central to all amenities.
