The Space:
This Four bedroom home is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This home will be a great choice for your stay with a fully-stocked kitchen, Smart TV, and super comfy beds.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The four bedrooms have King, Queen and King Single beds, and the master bedroom has an ensuite.

The main room of the house has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony with ranch views - great for a cup of coffee in the morning!

There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard near the main entry door.

Karaka is a small rural area in the south of Auckland, New Zealand. Formerly part of Franklin District and under the authority of the Franklin District Council, it is now part of Auckland Council.

Karaka is the home of the thoroughbred yearling sales at New Zealand Bloodstock Karaka Sales Complex which is associated with the Karaka Million race meeting at Ellerslie.

Westbury Stud and Haunui Farm are both located in Karaka.

Only 30 minute commute from the CBD.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The property has it's own lock box onsite.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark allocated to this property.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 8 x tea/coffee, 6 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
