PROPERTY DETAILS
We have off street parking for two cars and extra road side parking as needed. The keys for entry into the house for the duration of your visit, are in a key safe, allowing you quick and easy access. The code will be sent to you prior to your visit.

Entry via the front door has you on the deck, with the large outdoor dining table and the spacious external lounge in front of you. With all of this undercover, it is available for you to use in any weather.

The house is clean, modern and very tastefully decorated throughout.

The kitchen has an induction cook top, microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.

This 3 bedroom home has:

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds

This house is run with ultra modern controls via a wall mounted tablet, or an iPad on the coffee table, that can control the TV, radio, sound system and all of the lights. This is very, very, easy to use, just follow the pictures and prompts. And failing that there is a help manual on each electronic device and a section in the house manual on how to use it.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

We have a large BBQ that is in the courtyard, that you can use throughout your stay. We have a spare gas bottle with the BBQ, so you will never run out of gas.

A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.

We are not a pet property, so apologies we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s.

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.

Adventure Race getaway
