The space
Enjoy the views of Lake Macquarie across the road from upstairs while you cook dinner or relax on the deck. Take a dip in the pool or sun bake on the sun lounges by the pool.

Wander to Lake Macquarie's edge which is right across the road. Take a swim or put your SUP/Kayak in.
Lake Macquarie is Australia’s largest coastal salt water lagoon.

If it’s the beach you’re in to, there are plenty around to explore and we are spoilt for choice.

* Lakes Beach
* Cabbage Tree Bay (Rockpool for the kids)
* Catherine Hill bay are all within a 20 minute drive.

You have access to the whole house except the garage and the shed. The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and the undercover area out the back is great for entertaining.
There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs.

There is a TV and DVD player upstairs, you can also access your Netflix.
There is also a TV in the main bedroom and out the back.

I can also supply a portable cot on request.
Other things to note
This property has a non party policy for which is strictly enforced. We love letting you share our space with your family and friends if you want to chill and relax but it’s not the place to party. There are no extra visitors allowed above the agreed number of guests. There will be a $200 fine per person if there are over agreed number of people at the time of booking on the premises at any one time.
