With couches, TV and bathrooms on both levels, the kids can be entertained downstairs while the parents relax upstairs in the light-filled north facing living area. There are two queen bedrooms upstairs, both with access to balconies and relaxing nature views. Two additional bedrooms are downstairs, one with a king single bunk (2 beds) and single trundle and the second containing two king single bunks (4 beds). There is a shared bathroom on each level. This house can be enjoyed year-round with split system air con for the warmer days and a fire for cosy winter nights. The downstairs area has electric panel heaters in the bedrooms and living zone. Reliable Wi-Fi and smart TV allow you to stream entertainment through your app of choice.
The upper deck has a stunning view of the National Park and is a very peaceful place to enjoy a BBQ or drinks and to meet the local birdlife. The lower deck is also a great place to sit back and relax and put your feet up while enjoying the peace and quiet and surrounding views of nature. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Fairhaven surf beach and Surf Club and has an outside hot and cold shower as well as a sink to rinse bathers and wetsuits. Enjoy all the natural beauty and serenity of Fairhaven whilst being conveniently located to access nearby towns including Airey’s Inlet and Lorne.
