The Neighborhood:
Potts Point is a dynamic suburb located close to Sydney’s CBD with excellent amenities and some of Sydney’s great restaurants.

Brougham Street and the apartment are in an excellent position being only metres away from all the eating and lifestyle delights of Potts Point and a short amble to all the choices of Woolloomooloo.

Getting Around:
100m to Kings Cross Station. Easy walk to the city.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

SCAMMERS! We stayed at this place and NEVER smoked in this property once and abided by all of the rules. They lied about finding smoke in the apartment and tried to charge me for it. They charged a returnable deposit for safety upon our arrival, but ended up scamming me out of it. I tried to dispute but they never returned my downpayment and I never heard back from them. They also lied about the AC situation. We went during the summer and they did not mention that there is NO AC at all and the apartment is on the top floor. It was unbearably hot in the apartment and the only provide 2 small fans that barely work. This place looks way nicer on the photos. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Ideal Walking Distance from Downtown

Potts Point is an ideal walking distance from the Botanical Gardens, Opera House, and CBD. We were able to see all the attraction either walking or using the Opal card. The view from the apartment of downtown is beautiful. I would definitely stay again.
