Other things to note
To comply with house rules, we kindly ask guests to provide information about all guests prior to arrival, including their names, ID details, and vehicle/license plate numbers if parking is required. Additionally, as an anti-fraud measure, we request a selfie with your ID in hand.

Please note that check-in is only allowed for guests who are 25 or over, except for reservations with 7 nights or more where check-in from the age of 18 is permitted.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the information provided to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building, and refunds will not be provided.

Pets are allowed in the house with prior confirmation, and a pet fee of $20 per night per pet applies.

Deposit
A refundable deposit of $500 is required from all guests. This deposit will not be refunded in the event of smoking inside, damage to the unit, or violation of other house rules.

Please note: No parties, events, or extra guests are permitted at any time. Authorities will be contacted in case of violation. The maximum number of listed guests is 8; no additional guests are allowed.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Please take a moment to review our unit policies:

✔ The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations of 7 nights or more, check-in is possible from the age of 18.

✔ A $500 security/damage deposit is required prior to check-in. This deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out, unless damage, smoking, or excessive noise occurs during your stay.

✔ Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 12 PM. Late check-out may be accommodated with advance notice.

✔ Pets are allowed in the house with prior confirmation. The pet fee is $20 per night for 1 pet.

✔ Please provide a photo of your valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or permanent resident card) along with a selfie with the ID.

NO PARTY POLICY: The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund if the number of guests exceeds the reservation or if parties are detected.
** NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. A $150 service call fee and a $200 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
