Our family had a great time. The house is so close to the beach, with kids that worked great. The house has so much room, we never felt like we were on top of each other. With 3 generations and nap times that was helpful. The owners were so nice. Thank you for an other wonderful family vacation😊
We are so glad you had a wonderful stay at Coastal Manor. It was a pleasure having you as a guest at our beach house. If you ever come visit Emerald Isle in the future we would love to have you back!

Excellent! Great location! Plenty of linens. Enjoyed the outside shower. Plenty of beds for our large family. Some beds had hard mattresses. Enjoyed the large table on the great deck. Would prefer more comfortable seating in the living room. We would certainly rent this house again.
A Wonderful Family Place at Emerald Isle
We found the Conrad's beach house a year ago during our family trip to Emerald Isle staying a block over. We were looking for a bigger place with a better beach access and this place had it all! David and Kim were wonderful to book with and I was pleased to see so many updates made since we booked the year before. The house was newly painted and clean. We had plenty of towels and sheets for all beds, the pull out couches, and the trundle. We used all the sleeping options and found them comfortable and adequate for our large family group. We really appreciated the pack and play and high chair for our little one too! The house is great for families that want to spend lots of time together in shared spaces as well as families that like to hide away to nap and relax - our family did both and the house made it easy. We would have loved another couch in the living room upstairs (there was only one). We had a large group and hard chairs aren't for everyone. We enjoyed the outside dining tables and chairs on both the downstairs and upstairs decks and spent lots of time out there. We found everything we needed in the kitchen upstairs (we cooked all meals except one for the week) and loved having the extra kitchen and fridge downstairs for beach snacks and drinks - a real bonus for us! The driveway was very large and fit 5 SUVs and a truck easily! The very best thing about this house though is the location! The beach access is directly across the street and was the easiest access we have ever used (even for our older family members). We were there on the 4th of July and the beach was not nearly as crowded as we thought it would be. All other days, our stretch of beach was only dotted with a few other families enjoying the beautiful weather. The house was close to shopping, restaurants, and 2 grocery stores. We will definitely be booking the Conrad's place again at Emerald Isle!
We loved the home. It is stunning with great views. Plenty of space for many people. We

4 generation family vacation
Great location. Walking distance to the Sweet Spot! Great outside decks. Dining area seats 8 comfortably and two outside dining tables. Very kid friendly. Only downsides are lack of window coverings on downstairs sitting area that doubles as a sleeping area and not enough seating in great room for our large group.
We had two issues-
We did not have sheets for either couch. We contacted owners but never received sheets due to housekeeper being at wedding. Did not make for great sleeping- . Also, the main TV would not work-we spent 1 hour Friday and then 1hour sat trying to make it work. Finally called owner and he said we could move box from tv downstairs. Still would not work-ended up calling in to Spectrum and they spent time helping us. Come to find out that TV was not even hooked up. We had service on tv for last day.
Sorry about the TV as there has been a lot of renovations going on with the second floor where the TV was located. The furniture and TV were completely moved out of the room for repainting of the walls and ceilings. Seems the repairman missed hooking it back up correctly in haste that morning of your arrival. As far as the linen service I apologize and that has been rectified as we now have a new linen service covering the house. Please contact us in the future for another weekend get away to the beach and we will take care of you.
Enjoy the NC Aquariurm in Pine Knoll Shores less than 10 miles away, Fort Macon State Park at Atlantic Beach where admission is free and you can relive the history of the Civil War battles which took place there, Historic Beaufort which was the home to Blackbeard, Maritime Museum in Beaufort, Deep Sea Fishing charters nearby, Croatan National Forest walking trails in Cedar Point, Pedestrian Ferry at Hammocks Beach State Park is the only way to get to Bear Island where you can explore the undeveloped and unspoiled barrier island. There is a bike/ walking path nearby that runs through the town. New boating ramp nearby on the Sound Side of the Island and the driveway of the house is large enough to park a boat and trailer.
