Beautiful high end home, with top quality finishings, for a weekend getaway - with huge outdoor space and beautiful deck. Walking distance to wineries

Enjoy everything that beautiful Martinborough has to offer!
This is our home and furnished, designed and built to a high standard (rather than a transportable unit).
3 large bedrooms (Queen, Queen, Double) and 1 single bedroom and high quality tiled bathrooms (including free standing bath), the masters has en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. You will also have the rest of this modern spacious home including the large kitchen, living and dining area, together with a huge 90 square metre hardwood deck and outdoor living (with BBQ).
Air con, heat pump, and log burning fire.
House also has 50 inch TV, Freeview, plus a Bose sound bar.
You’ll also have access to the Pinot Grove communal outdoor heated pool (4 mins walk - when open in warmer months).

We enforce a strict no party policy and no off site guests (7 guests max) - thanks for understanding

Please call us between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week during your stay if you have any questions. OR after hours only in an emergency.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A spacious property and lovely decor. Very comfortable. Not too far to walk to the square. Great to have access to the swimming pool and tennis court which was only a short walk from the property. A drying rack would have been helpful to dry pool towels and togs. Also more detailed instructions how to use the oven, dishwasher and tv apps would have been helpful. Thought tissues would have been provided (I bought some and left them for the next guests) and a few items I’d been told were supplied were not - oil and gladwrap. Appreciate that they could have been all used up by the previous guests. The photos show an outside umbrella but couldn’t see one. Great to have the use of the bbq.

Great stay

Great easy place to stay, modern, fresh, plenty of room for everyone and comfortable beds and open plan living. Fantastic neighbourhood with very cool community tennis court a short stroll away that turned out to be one of the unexpected family highlights. There is a community pool too to which would be great in summer. We enjoyed the log fire (also heat pump so very toasty) and thank you for the board and card games - another bonus family experience. Short 3 min drive to Martinborough township. Would definitely stay again. Was the perfect place to reconnect with family and explore Martinborough, wineries and NZ Stonehenge from. Easy communication with owners too - thank you.
