Convenient, to both the beach and the resort amenities. No need to pack beach chairs, 4 beach chairs and a beach wagon are provided. Newly remodeled throughout with laminate floors. King bed in the master, a double over double bed in the guest bedroom and two bathrooms, washer/dryer & dishwasher. If you enjoy cooking some or all of your meals, you will appreciate the owner's special touches with a fully stocked kitchen with a regular & Keurig coffee pot, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, blender, mixer, crockpot and so many more items to make your stay comfortable. Your safety is our priority and very important. Keyless smart lock installed with a doorbell and camera. At registration you are given a special unique entrance code just for you at check-in. Extra peace of mind is provided with a chain lock inside the front door. Ocean and Racquet has a 24-hour community service officer on duty night and day and a code for beach access will be provided to you. Ocean and Racquet: Because the owner of Unit 3309 has chosen Ocean and Racquet as their onsite rental management company, you have onsite support in the event you need assistance. Employees are available and excited to answer any questions you may have and provide tourist suggestions and restaurant ideas that are a must to include to make your vacation memorable. St. Augustine Beach, located on Anastasia Island, is one of the best beaches in Northeast Florida. Activities: When you are not walking, surfing, swimming, biking or sunning on the beach, you can enjoy playing tennis, swimming in two onsite pools, one which is heated, or soak in one of the 6 hot tubs.
