The house temperature is maintained at 20.5 degree centigrade in the summer time and 22 degree in the winter session. As two separate unit share same heating & AC, there will not be any control to any of the guest. Also both units are separated by Fire rated door, which is locked from both side. It's can't be open by any other guest except property owner.

Guest will only use main floor consists of Kitchen, dining and living room with 2 pc bathroom. Upper floor contains 3 bed room, 1 king bed and 2 queen bed are in the room. There is family room in between main & upper floor and contains 2 single matters.

Please note, this is big house and will be cleaned before your checkin as per normal cleaning standard. Any unapproved guests are not allowed in the property. You are not allowed to enter other guest in the property if your booking is less than 7 days. If your booking is more than 7 days, you can have visitor between 9AM to 9PM only. All unapproved guest need to move out by 9PM at the latest. Any additional guest coming into the property will be charged at $50 per day. Please make sure, you communicate to the property owner before bringing guest to the house.

Car Parking: There are 2 car parking allowed. Big Van is not allowed. Driveway can hold 4 cars, in 2 rows/column. Within this listing only 1 column is allowed to use. You can park 2 cars, Second car behind another car. Please use right side of the driveway to park you car. Additional parking is not allowed. Other side of the drive way will be used by basement guest staying in the property.
