This rental is not as it appears in the ad. The owner lives on the same lot directly across from you. Not much privacy, shared dock, shared fire pit. They state that there is AC, there is a portable air conditioner in the living area, once you go to the back of the trailer, no AC. We rented this for 3 days and left after less than 24 hours. The hot tub area is very run down. Renter beware!

Very clean inside, easy to deal with the owner. Grounds needed a bit of work (grass, etc), but they were cleaned up on the day we departed.

A Hidden Gem indeed!

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Nipissing’s West Arm. Sherry’s property is very comfortable and a private setting. Had we been able to stay longer than two days, we would’ve loved to enjoy the hot tub. She was kind enough to extend our checkout time, although we needed to be underway early on our departing day.

A true hidden gem!

What a lovely place! Check in and communication were smooth. The place is gorgeous, clean and has everything you need for a lovely getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub, being out on the lake and spending time on the deck. Would highly recommend and would book again.
