ABOUT THE HOME
This modern second-floor, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home is located in The Aspens Lodge on the slope side of Blackcomb Mountain, offering an exceptional ski-in/ski-out location.
Inside the home, you'll find an open concept kitchen that provides a modern space that is equipped with all the necessary amenities you need.
The living area is designed for your comfort and entertainment, featuring a large Smart TV that allows you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The gas fireplace adds a cozy touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during the winter nights.
For your relaxation and recreation, you have access to three hot tubs and a shared pool within The Aspens Lodge. Additionally, the living room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment during the warmer summer months.
The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, boasting a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The living room also offers a pull-out couch, providing flexibility for accommodating a larger group or additional guests. The contemporary bathroom features a large walk-in shower, providing ample space to unwind at the end of the day. The patio overlooks the lively courtyard and offers up a BBQ, perfect for summer nights.

COMPLEX: THE ASPENS
The Aspens is an updated lodge-style building, nestled slope-side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski-in/ski-out convenience. Features include gorgeous mountain views from the outdoor heated pool, three hot tubs as well as a fitness center. Guests are within walking distance of both Blackcomb Base and Whistler Village. A highly desirable location. Shared laundry is available in the complex as well as a complimentary Ski & Snowboard storage.

LOCATION
Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the Upper Village offers seclusion while still being just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slope-side setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. The Upper Village is a great option for families offering easy ski-in/ski-out access and a free shuttle to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

Parking is available at C$25/day in a secure, heated, underground parking lot. Height restrictions may apply.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home only has air conditioning at the living room. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
- Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The third and the fourth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.

Great communication from the outpost team. The Aspens is a great spot to ski in / out and a short walk up / down the bottom portion of the slope to Blackcomb Upper Village. This unit was very clean and updated.

Excellent service by Outpost for Whistler/Blackcomb
We were so happy with Outpost and will book through them again for future stays at Whistler/ Blackcomb. The unit was spotless and so well outfitted - kitchen supplies including spices and olive oil, coffee, and nice additions such as popcorn (!), Whistler chocolate, granola etc. The linens were extra nice as were cleaning products including laundry soap. Outpost staff was so responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!!

Nice place. + Location + Comfortable bed + Responsiveness of the property manager - Not much storage - Uncomfortable sofa bed - Floor was dirty at check-in - Expensive - Hours before check-in we were notified that the dish-washer was out of order. It took three days to get it fixed and the only compensation was CAD50, which was an insult given what we paid. (This is subject to follow-up with property manager) - Instructions for A/C etc. was very poor. - Skiis may not be brought up to the apartment. Instead these must be handed over to the valet and in the morning it could take up to 20 min of standing in line to get the skiis.
