Okay

Overall not bad just wish there was a coffee machine, utensils, and more blankets. Also wish they would have had a broom to sweep. Floor not too clean. Missing additional toilet paper.

You can get locked out

The key they provide is a physical key but there is an electronic key on the door. The property manager does no know the code to the electronic lock, so if you accidentally lock yourself out you have to almost break into the home.. Other than that no complaints about the property

beautiful views of the city on the way to the house

Great location for our Business Seminar. The yard is a great feature. we got to have our morning coffee in the back and enjoyed some nature in the very busy city surroundings. We even saw a groundhog waddle through the neighbors yard. This house like many others in the area is very vertical so if you have stair issues this might be a problem, but we are active so it was kinda like being in a grown up tree house. Loved the big kitchen window facing the yard. Excellent coffee machine. :) The communication with the management property was all digital. E-mail and texts. I tried to reach out with text and got no response. It was not a problem text , so no real issue. Grocery store is just around the corner making it convenient. and we went to a great local restaurant Bigham Tavern on Sunday. Could use some measuring cups, a toaster , and a clothes iron.... But the Cookware and blender were great. The Loft Bedroom was a great space. And loved having 3 bathrooms to get ready. Thank you for hosting us while we were at our seminars and training.

Great house, even better location!

Very nice clean house with art deco vibe. Location was fabulous. Close to downtown. Also walkable to restaurants, bars, bakery and coffee shop. Parking was a bit of a challenge but doable.
