I am Canadian originally from South Africa. In the past few years I started to increase traveling, as well as living in Mexico from time to time. During my travels, meeting new people it is awesome to build lasting relationships. When you rent my unit I am probably not in Puerto Vallarta, but it will be awesome to talk. I own this property as I feel at home in PVR. URBAN and its owners are as close as one can get to home.
Why they chose this property
I love to be surrounded by activity. Zona Romantica/old town Puerto Vallarta is a vibrant bustling little area, with its restaurants, clubs, theatres, beaches, and the Malecon. People sometimes say it is losing its character with all the new construction. In the process, it brings development and work opportunities for many Mexican workers. There is a close symbiosis between owners and people working the the area.
What makes this property unique
This unit is the original show suite for the URBAN ll development. It is Nicely decorated, giving the ambiance you are at home and can relax after a day out. The developer and his team are well-known in Town for quality workmanship. It is clear once you observe the size of the rooms, the building, and the rooftop. URBAN ll have 26 owner private residences. It is a prestige building and caters to tenants who are looking for high-quality living.
