The Space:
This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Indulge in exclusive amenities at the Sky Club and Sky Park levels, including a rooftop sun deck with grilling stations and a fire-pit, outdoor yoga patio, 24/7 fitness center, private screening room and community lounge with kitchen. For those with work to do, the business center and conference room are available. There is also laundry in the building for a fee, we provide detergent in your unit.

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Great location!
We loved that this property was within walking distance of downtown. The apartment building was very secure. We didn't love that parking was a block and a half away but from our room we could see our vehicle. The halls all smelled like marijuana. I say 'halls' because the check-in process had us trying to find our apartment on three different floors. We received a text that our reservation changed. No problem. But then the door code didn't work. Then they said they accidentally sent the wrong apartment number. Then, "Oh, the apartment number is actually the door code." Finally, after about 30 minutes, we were in! This building houses permanent residents as well as VRBO renters. Everyone was friendly in greeting us. It was December so we didn't use the pool or go up to the rooftop lounge until our last day but it is really cool up there!

Nice place for a long weekend in Louisville. The building staff are amazing and helpful. All of the people who live there are friendly. Easy access to fun things to do.
