A nice place BUT
Arrived late on a Friday afternoon after driving all day. Tried to contact agent by emergency number provided but no response. We paid extra $75 to have sofa bed made up but it was shockingly uncomfortable (and unusable) and agent agreed with us when eventually seen by them on Monday. Also the TV did not work at all until it was remedied on Monday by the agent (needed new remote control etc). My wife and I are over 70 and we missed out on 3 nights relaxing in front of a TV. I went to the agents address on the next morning (Saturday) only to find it was shut till Monday! When we did eventually get to see the agent (they did not contact us we went there again), they arranged to inspect and only then did they correct the above problems. The sofa bed had not been prepared properly and the 3 part base was in 3 separate levels - impossible to sleep on! The agent was able to remedy one level but the bed still ended up on 2 levels. She also provided an additional approximately 10cm thick mattress which made the bed bearable but 3 nights already gone! Once the above problems were fixed only then could we start to enjoy our stay. We own a rental property ourselves so we do not blame the owners as much as we do the agent. We feel badly let down particularly as we were unable to contact the agent till the 4th day of a one week stay! We did all the right things including sending a text message on the night of arrival. No compensation offered
