Our Freshly renovated , light , spacious, comfortable house has everything you need for a great stay in beautiful Byron Bay ! Brand new kitchen , dining and lounge and outdoor areas , with 4 bathrooms

Its located in the highly desirable “Golden Grid “ heart of town - a 5-8 min flat walk to beach , shops , cafes , nightlife , perfect !

We are welcoming of all guests including LGBTI and all Nationalities , please check our many 5 star reviews - feel free to contact us for any details !
The Space
The property is a beautiful original 50s Byron house , with a fresh full renovation completed in 2018 , with Disability Access .

The main house offers Master King bedroom with private ensuites , 1 Queen Bedroom with private ensuite plus a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds or king size bed , just let us know your preference !. The 3rd bedroom also has another Full HD Smart TV for kids / teens / gaming or movies .

There is separate bathroom to service the living areas and the 3rd bedroom . All bedrooms have aircon and double glazing for comfort and a peaceful sleep

There is a separate King Furniture lounge TV room with large couch and brand new 65 inch Smart TV , so login to your favourite streaming service and enjoy ! ( but dont forget to log out on checkout !) Free to air TV included

There is a large restored timber 8 seat Dining Table setting , just off the fully appointed modern kitchen with large fridge , the latest induction cooktop , oven ,microwave , dishwasher and plenty of glasses , plates cutlery , cooking knives etc

Outdoors , there are outdoor table and chairs , Brand new Barbeque / Grill cooker , sunlounges , shade umbrellas , beautiful buffalo lawn and plenty of privacy and shade , an outdoor shower and bath , surrounded by lush greenery , palms and even a 100 year old grass plant !

The internal laundry contains a washer and dryer , and doubles as a dedicated Disabled bathroom with wider door access . We request you do not use this as a bathroom unless it is necessary for your requirements - extra cleaning will be charged for non disabled persons using this facility

The property also contains 2 completely separate studio apartments . One of these is used by our caretaker Reuben , who is a wealth of local knowledge and runs Byron Bay Travel Co. He is available for any assistance or info , please ask ! It has a completely separate private access and we are extremely careful to not impact your privacy during you stay . Reuben can assist you with Car hire , bicycle hire and any day trips or travel you may need help with

The second studio contains a Queen bed and private ensuite , and can be rented for an extra fee upon request after booking the main house . This studio allows for 2 extra guests , so your group may extend to 8 people total

There is easy parking for 2 guest vehicles onsite so you can leave the car and easily walk to your favourite spots !

The house also has Disabled access directly via ramp to the kitchen , dining and disabled bathroom .
