ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*There is no dryer in the home but there is a drying rack. There are several laundry services around the area.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Convenience is also key to this property. Directly across the road is the ferry which will take you on the breathtaking route into the Sydney Harbour with ease. Head in for dinner at one of Sydney’s world-famous restaurants or just take a stroll around the city. The choice is yours. If you want to keep it close to home just step outside and enjoy one of the eateries across the road. In the morning stroll across to Thelma and Louise, an iconic Sydney cafe and enjoy brekkie with a serious view.
